President Buhari Sacks JAMB Boss, 16 Other Ministry Of Education Top Executives

President Buhari has sacked Professor Dibu Ojerinde as JAMB registrar with immediate effect. He is a professor of Test and Measurement, author and educational administrator.
He was appointed as JAMB registrar in 2007 and he spent 9 years at the helm of affairs before his removal. Prof Dibu was (before his appointment as JAMB registrar) also the first Registrar of Nigeria’s indigenous examination body – National Examinations Council (NECO)- which is the first examination body in Africa, South of the Sahara, to post examination results on the Internet for candidates.
He has been replaced by Professor Ishaq Oloyede with immediate effect.
President Buhari also appointed new chief executives heads for some parastatals and agencies under the Federl Ministry of Education.
A statement from the ministry on Monday said the appointment was with immediate effect.
We wish him a successful tenure as the new JAMB registrar.
